Part of the boutique lodge accommodation at Treghan, Birdsong Retreat combines generous living spaces with the privacy and independence of a fully self-contained guesthouse.

Inside, Birdsong Retreat is spacious and light-filled, with generous living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and two well-appointed bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, including one ensuite.

Large doors open onto a private deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow and a peaceful place to enjoy slow breakfasts, quiet afternoons, or evenings listening to birdsong and kiwi calling nearby.

It’s an easy place to stay a little longer – whether you’re exploring the Bay of Islands or simply enjoying the quieter pace of time away.
