Around 30 minutes’ drive from Treghan Lodge is KAURI CLIFFS Golf Course, designed and built by David Harman. The world renowned par 72 championship golf course measures 7,139 yards/6,528 metres and offers five sets of tees to challenge every skill level.
Fifteen picturesque holes view the Pacific Ocean, six of which are played alongside cliffs which plunge to the sea. The beautiful inland holes wind through marsh, forest and farmland. Perfect for an afternoon’s contest, friendly or otherwise!

BAY OF ISLANDS GOLF beautiful tree-lined golf course is located just a few minutes from the Kerikeri town centre and the Bay of Islands Airport. The 18 Hole, 6122 metre Par 73, championship layout course, with it’s picturesque surroundings and Signature Drop Hole, provides a wonderful golfing experience for golfers of all levels. The volcanic drainage and couch fairways make this one of the very few courses playable all year round.
The WAITANGI GOLF club overlooks the Bay of Islands and is a stunning 18 hole golf course with fantastic sea views, whether you are looking for a challenge or a relaxed round.
